License Agreement

Please carefully read this license agreement before purchase
This document is a licensing agreement between a purchaser
(you) and Trust Solutions (the Author) for usage of Robocopy
Log Scanner (the Software).

It applies to you only if we deem you to have legitimately
purchased the Software.

Your use of the Software is bound by this licensing
agreement. Because nothing else grants you permission to use
the Software, if you do not agree to abide by the conditions
set out herein, you may not install, keep any copy of, or
otherwise use the Software in any way.

The Software is protected by international copyright laws,
and copyright is retained by the Author. Ownership of the
Software and copyright always remains with the Author.
Purchasing a license to use the Software does not grant you
any form of ownership over the Software or copyrights.

GRANT OF LICENSE

You are only permitted to install the Software for usage on
as many machines as you have purchased licenses. You must
purchase one license for every server or system you wish to
use the Software on.

The license to install and use the Software is valid in
perpetuity, unless the license is terminated by either
party.

No rights to transfer.  You are not permitted to rent, lend,
lease, sell, resell or otherwise transfer your license to
use the Software without prior written permission from the
Author.

TERMINATION

We may terminate this agreement at any time if you fail to
comply with the terms set out herein.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by removing and
destroying all copies of the Software and ceasing its use.

Termination of the agreement does not entitle you to any
form of refund or compensation.

NO WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS SOLD "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES AS TO
PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY WHETHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS INVOLVED IN ACQUIRING, INSTALLING AND
USING THE SOFTWARE. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM
EXTEND PERMITTED BY LAW. ANY LIABILITY DEEMED TO BE OURS
WILL BE LIMITED TO A MAXMIMUM OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASE PRICE.

THE AUTHOR TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES INCCURED
RESULTING FROM THE INSTALATION OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DATA LOSS, CORRUPTION, SYSTEM
FAILURE, OUTAGE, DOWNTIME OR INCORRECT INFORMATION.

JURISDICTION

This licensing agreement is issued in Australia and
therefore subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of
Australia. Disputes shall be settled in accordance with said
laws.
